Located in our bright and spacious 1st-floor Ahuriri-based office, which has lift access, two decks and plenty of opportunity for meetings with two breakout zones and a separate meeting room.
Cost is on a weekly per-desk basis, which includes:
-Share of head lease and Opex cost
-Desk and Chair
-Shared meeting room, kitchen and other spaces & decks.
-Power & internet (fair use)
-Printing (fair use)
-Coffee machine & coffee beans (fair use)
-Office Fortnightly Cleaner
Shared space desk weekly costs (full term of head lease until 1/11/2027):

1.9m Desk: $122.50+GST (invoiced monthly $530.83+GST per month)

1.5m Desk $100+GST (invoiced monthly $433.33+GST per month)

Carpark: $10+GST (invoiced monthly $43.33+GST per month)
Shorter terms are available, however, to cover the vacancy and additional administrations. Reduced term uplift in cost: 12 months = +10%, 6 months +20%, 3 months +30%
Up to 4 desks are currently available; however, it is ideally suited to a 1-3 person business that is compatible with the other professional services sharing the space.
