Intensifying two Lots on Karamu Road in Hastings that previously had an unoccupied, derelict house on the site. The new development has increased the number of dwellings on the site to three two-bedroom standalone units and two two-bedroom duplex units. 

All units are orientated to achieve maximum sunlight, with outdoor green living spaces to the north. The units share a bin storage zone and each unit has two off-street parking spaces, as well as water storage tanks.  

The L2 stand-alone and duplex units have proven to be well-suited to medium-intensity subdivisions.
